Equipment and Fittings
Windows are double glazed oak with pine shutters and internal voiles and
curtains, allowing maximum control of light, heat and ventilation. Outside is a large, south-facing, aromatic garden with Fig, Birch, Mimosa and Olive trees, herb and flower gardens, and garden seating.
A large patio and clothes lines are also for use.

coffee tables, 1 full-size table with folding chairs, 2 halogen floor lamps,
wood-burning stove, mobile oil-filled radiator. 2 South-East facing windows, door on to
terrace. Shelf unit, Pioneer sound system.
Terrace
Tiled, South East facing terrace overlooking gardens, the garrigue, towards the
Rochers de Vingrau on the horizon in one direction, another mountain range in the
other, folding table with extensions and 6 chairs. Additional small folding table, 6 directors chairs, storage cupboard, 2 wall lights
Garden
Stairs lead down to a large garden. There is a gazebo with table and 4 armchairs for immediate shade; 4 recliners in the corner by the fig tree for dappled morning shade and evening sun; teak steamer, 3 seater garden bench, bamboo deckchair and 4 cushioned easy chairs on the large, south-facing patio.
Trees include birch, magnolia, mimosa, lemon, olive, greengage. There is a vine, climbing roses, climbers such as clematis and wisteria, flowering shrubs, and a raised flower and herb border which runs along the back of the patio. There are also extensive washing lines (and plenty of clothes pegs) at one end of the patio.
